They steal reserved data from the judges and an ultra K deputy squeezes YouTube

On Tuesday, June 21, the employee of the Office of Sworn Statements of the Judicial Council, María Victoria Villarreal, arrived at her office, on the 8th floor of Sarmiento 877, and saw something weird.

A door ajar, another locked, a desk with objects changed places. Someone had entered -perhaps during the previous long weekend- the files of the affidavits of the judges.

In addition to the public data, in those envelopes there are reserved data of the families of the magistrates: information on bank accounts, credit cards and personal addresses of wives, husbands and children.

Of the more than 11,000 records filed, they were opened 24 sachets. Another 9 were “manipulated”. Nothing was missing, but that’s the least of it.

Those who entered did not need to take the papers. It was enough for them to photograph them. To steal information it is not necessary to take anything physical.

Three of the 14 judges whose reserved information was violated -the other 10 are legal secretaries- are the members of the oral court that judges Cristina Kirchner for corruption in the granting of public works to Lázaro Báez.

The theft of their data (envelopes number 33,898, 37,421 and 33,921) occurred only 20 days before that trial, with Cristina on the bench by zoom, began its final arguments stage, this Monday, July 11.

The first to argue were the lawyers from the Financial Information Unit (UIF). Instead of accusing -which the plaintiffs do-, they asked acquit Christina.

The previous directors of the FIU had unexpectedly left in October 2021 after another director said in internal audio that the body was “stopped” after withdraw from all cases where Kirchner officials were tried for corruption.

Just because it’s not a surprise doesn’t mean it’s not a scandal. The new head of the FIU is Juan Carlos Otero, close to Máximo Kirchner.

It is not clear if we will soon begin to see on the networks the details of the assets of the judges who judge Cristina but, even if it is not so, the ideologues of the operation managed to give Your message: that the judges and legal secretaries know that someone has their data reserved.

By the way, that all the judges of Argentina know it.

There is no other way to see this than as a mafia and open squeeze to the court that by the end of the year will rule on Cristina’s innocence or guilt.

Another of the open envelopes is from Cassation Judge Diego Barroetaveña, a member of Chamber I who will decide whether or not the trials of the Pact with Iran and of Hotesur-Los Sauces in which Cristina was dismissed by oral courts without being judged something unprecedented in Argentine judicial history.

Before strangers burst into the place looking for the information on the sealed envelopes – doesn’t that scene remind of the Watergate?-, the ultra K deputy Rodolfo Tailhade -former director of counterintelligence of the SIDE-, opened a channel in YouTube as “space for reflection” for “think together” justice issues.

It was May 31. Two weeks later -on June 14-, she used that space to release the affidavit of Judge Pablo Bertuzzi, who for the deputy spent “from beggar to millionaire”.

Tailhade explains there: “In the past week I promised to show you the affidavits of the lawfare judges, the corrupt judges and prosecutors. affidavits that are not freely accessible online like that of any legislator or official of the Executive Power. these gentlemen They are well hidden…”.

In his own announcement floats a question: if they are not freely accessible, Where are you going to get them to “show” them to your audience?

It was a Tuesday. Two days later, the security cameras of the building on Calle Sarmiento mysteriously stopped working until the employees returned from the long holiday and detected the presence of intruders in the affidavit files, a federal offense investigated by Judge Daniel Rafecas and Prosecutor Ramiro González.

For now, they are waiting for the images from other security cameras that are on that block and the information from the cell phones that were activated that weekend in the area.

The Council of the Judiciary resolved this Tuesday to intervene the intruded area to deepen the investigation of what happened, change building all affidavit files and Scanning information within a maximum period of 30 days.

Meanwhile, the deputy Tailhade speaks to the camera -and even makes a few comedy steps acting out a script- with scenes of Néstor and Cristina or Perón and Evita in the background, while he is scratching judges and prosecutors who investigated Kirchnerism.

Everything can be seen on his channel rodotailhade of YouTubewhere he has already uploaded six videos.

Tailhade also has links with Leandro Ventura, the FIU lawyer who asked to acquit Cristina because “there is no certainty about the existence of surcharges”despite the skills that say otherwise.

As the movies warn: any association between these events would be purely coincidental.
