A man was injured by several impacts produced by firearm projectiles, while he was in front of the community of San José de Carrizales.

Around 9:00 p.m. this Monday, in a surveillance and inspection tour by the elements of the Municipal Police and National Guard, they notice firearm detonations on the bank of the Coria channel, in front of the aforementioned community.

As they approached the dirt road, the security elements noticed a man who was vanishing with apparent injuries caused by firearms, for which support is requested from paramedics from Red Cross To provide first aid, after treating him and being stabilized, he was transferred to the hospital of the city for evaluation and follow the necessary medical attention.

As a result of the events that occurred, the chain of custody was started in order to preserve evidence in the place, and the competent authority was informed to initiate the corresponding investigations, as well as the motive for the attack and the alleged perpetrators.
