Ciudad Juárez.- Within the fear that the criminal cells sought to arouse in society and the authorities, they set fire to a police booth located at 5133 Costa de Oro street in Parajes de San José.
Around noon, staff from the community center in the area watched as two people set it on fire and fled.
One of the workers ran to the booth to put out the fire with buckets with the help of other neighbors.
The criminals used two tires that they also sprayed with fuel and set fire to it right in front of the door.
Fortunately there were no people inside and everything was a simple scare.
During the day, starting at 10:04 in the morning, a series of fires began to be registered, several of them almost simultaneously in different parts of the city.
“They had already told us that there were fires elsewhere, so I assumed that the firefighters were not going to arrive and we put it out,” said the woman.
So far no people have been reported injured, burned or intoxicated with intentional fires, while the authorities will offer a press conference to release more details.
