They ask him to jail for falsifying the boyfriend’s signature and asking for loans and mortgage

Granada, Jan 23 (EFE) .- The Granada Prosecutor’s Office has requested two years in prison for an accused of taking advantage of the transfer abroad of her boyfriend to forge his signature, access his email and obtain from the victim’s bank a card, a loan, several overdrafts and a mortgage.

According to the provisional indictment of the Public Ministry, to which Efe has had access, the accused Christian Lorena BP, was in a relationship with the victim, with whom she lived in one of Íllora (Granada).

The events date back to March 1, 2017 when the defendant took advantage of the fact that her partner had moved for work to live abroad and requested a VISA card in her name, although with a charge to the account of her boyfriend.

Already in September 2017, the defendant “renewed her criminal purpose”, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, and requested a mortgage loan provision for another 12,000 euros, a process in which she again imitated the signature of her partner and account holder, listed in bank documents.

The Prosecutor’s Office has classified the facts as a continuous crime of fraud in competition with another also continued of falsification in a commercial document and has added, in this case as mitigating, the kinship by a relationship analogous to marriage.

He has interested in these crimes a sentence of two years in prison and the payment of a fine of 2,400 euros.

The accused will be tried for these events on February 2 in the First Section of the Granada Court. EFE
