A gastronomic dinner under the sign of the stars in Chartres! (©DR)
They are both “in full gravitation united by the same love for French gastronomy” and are preparing to collaborate to offer gastronomes two gastronomic dinners under the sign of the constellations.
Thomas Parnaud, starred chef of the restaurant Le Georges, of the Grand Monarque of Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) and Basptiste Renouard, participant of the show Top chef in 2019, will join forces to offer a four-handed menu.
The first dinner will take place in Baptiste Renouard’s restaurant in Reuil-Malmaison (Hauts-de-Seine) and the second on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the Georges (Le Grand Monarque) in Chartres at 7:30 p.m.
With local dishes
The two chefs will combine their “signature” dishes to offer a real taste journey and a few references from Eure-et-Loir will, of course, be invited to the table…

“4 hands dinner” menu – Food and wine pairing €195
– Canapes and appetizers
– Starter 1: Grilled leeks, gray shrimps, chilled cockles
granny apple, green mango and chartreuse
– Starter 2: Rata Beauceron with black Touraine truffle
– Fish dish: Scallops from Grandcamp, Beauce beetroot fermented with blue vanilla
– Meat dish: Beef matured 60 days from Normandy, condiment, black garlic, puffed potatoes
– Pre-dessert
– Dessert: Souvenir of a hot chocolate.
