June’s list of products recalled by GIS in 2021 is really long. The suspicious products include popular sausages, eggs, sweets and many more.

Products recalled by GIS from store shelves:

  • eggs
  • sausages
  • drinks
  • soki
  • Spices
  • snacks
  • gluten-free products

The list of withdrawn products includes, among others, the popular spice – pepper in which Salmonella was found. In addition to it, gluten-free products, in which the inspection revealed the presence of gluten, were also withdrawn from store shelves. What does the law say when a consumer has purchased a product that has been withdrawn from store shelves under the regulation of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate? The matter is simple. In this case, the consumer has the full right to a refund and information on this is available in stores and on official gis.gov websites, where we can find lists of recalled products.
