13.7 thousand Retirees and pensioners in the region will receive a tax refund in February. You do not need to submit an application to ZUS. However, since January, the rules of making extra money by seniors have changed.
The overpaid income tax advance will be refunded to those retirees and pensioners whose benefits are in the range of PLN 4,920 – PLN 12,800.
The ex officio Social Insurance Institution will compensate them in February. There are only 6 percent of such people in Poland. in the case of retirees and less than 2 percent. in the case of disability pensioners, and in our region – about 13.7 thousand.
