These are the first deals for the new iPhone SE multimedia

The large mobile operators already have their prices with the option of pre-ordering for the iPhone SE 2020 released. The tariff comparison portal “durchblicker.at” compared the offers. So there are numerous 0-euro offers: “However, there is always a 24-month contract and a correspondingly higher basic fee, for which you have to pay the manufacturer’s costs again,” says Reinhold Baudisch, Managing Director of durchblicker.at:

Consumers should therefore compare whether a freely available new iPhone directly at the manufacturer’s price combined with a SIM-only tariff pays off or whether a contract is worthwhile, according to Baudisch. Offers have set up the three major mobile operators A1, Drei and Magenta.

With A1, the device comes with 64 GB of internal memory from the tariff “A1 Mobil M” (unlimited minutes & SMS, 20 GB, download 100 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and monthly tariff costs of 49.90 euros or Available in the “A1 5GigaMobil S” tariff (unlimited minutes & SMS, unlimited data, download 100 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and effective monthly costs of 74.90 euros.

Magenta and three

At Magenta, the iPhone is in the “Mobile Gold” tariff (unlimited minutes & SMS, unlimited data, download 150 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and monthly tariff costs of 60.00 euros or in the next higher tariff “Mobile Platinum” “(unlimited minutes & SMS, unlimited data, download 300 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and monthly tariff costs of 80.00 euros.

At Drei there is the iPhone in the “Optimal XL” tariff (unlimited minutes & SMS, 33 GB, download 150 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and monthly tariff costs of 36.90 euros or in the “Optimal Unlimited” tariff “(unlimited minutes & SMS, unlimited data, download 150 Mbit / s) for a device price of 0 euros and monthly tariff costs of 56.90 euros.

Better iPhones only with magenta

Power users currently only get the more powerful models iPhone SE 128 GB and iPhone SE 256 GB from Magenta. A1 and Three do not offer these for the time being. For 0 euros, consumers receive the iPhone SE 128 GB from Magenta in the “Mobile Gold” tariff for 60.00 euros per month in tariff costs and in the “Mobile Platinum” tariff for 80.00 euros per month. The iPhone SE 256 GB is only available from Magenta in the “Mobile Platinum” tariff for 0 euros. A 24-month minimum contract period applies to all these tariffs.

If you buy the iPhone SE 2 with 64 GB from Apple at the regular manufacturer’s price, it costs 479 euros, with 128 GB storage capacity it amounts to 529 euros and with 256 GB to 649 euros. The currently cheapest SIM-only tariff for power users (unlimited minutes, unlimited SMS, 20 GB, download 150 Mbit / s) effectively costs 17.40 euros per month and can be canceled at any time after a two-month minimum term.
