Apple beste audio 2021 Maya Shankar

No specific prize has been awarded for the best podcasts, but Newsroom did post an article about the best podcasts of 2021. In this case, the top prize went to Maya Shankar. She may appropriate the title of ‘Best Show of the Year’ thanks to her podcast ‘A Slight Change of Plans‘. In it she talks with her guests about major changes in the lives of both the speakers and the listeners.

Newcomer of the Year goes to ‘Anything for Selena‘of podcast maker Marcia Garcia. Her podcast focuses on ‘existence’, but with a twist. She does this in relation to her idol, the American artist Selena Quintanilla. She was murdered in 1995 at the age of 23. So Garcia has combined her two passions with the podcast and her love for the singer.
