Sports illustration (Elements Envato) – In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, maintaining immunity or the immune system is important. That way one can minimize the risk of contracting the corona virus.

But many do not know that there are a number of activities that can increase the body’s immunity. Here are 4 habits to stabilize the immune system:

1. Add regular supplements to breakfast

Supplemental supplements are essential for healthy immune function. It would be nice to take supplements so that all day activities are also smooth and the body feels more excited.

2. Find fresh air

Stress can lower the immune system. So if you’re feeling stressed from working all day or have other issues, it’s a good idea to take a minute to get some fresh air because of the positive effects of increasing oxygen levels in the brain, as well as reducing inflammation that accompanies a strong dose of vitamin D.

3. Listen to the song

As with stress, sleep is directly related to overall health. The right way to stabilize the immune system so that we can calm down can also be with the help of a little ‘white noise’ such as the sound of rain, the sound of waves, or the sound of certain machines to cool the mind and help sleep faster.

4. Exercising

Doing exercise in the morning is very useful for fitness before running an activity. In addition, it is very important for things like increasing blood flow, reducing stress, inflammation and even strengthening antibodies. If it’s hard to get motivated to work out in the morning, consider joining a yoga class either virtually or in person. Committing class time can be very helpful and don’t forget to always drink plenty of water.

Have you done any of the habits above? Try to do it regularly, of course you will get the benefits.
