1 / Age d’Or is looking for more than 250 people for its agencies
The network specializing in home help for seniors will offer 250 job offers, in its agencies, in 2021. On fixed-term or permanent contracts. Positions concerned: carers, household help, sector managers, administrative assistants, gardeners, escorts and delivery people.
“The health crisis has highlighted the key role of those involved in helping seniors, an essential role in our society. In this uncertain period when home is essential for security reasons, personal services professions are undoubtedly professions of the future, all the more so in a context of an aging population ”, explains Maélis Anselin, director of operations and development at L’Âge d’Or Expansion, franchisor of the Golden Age network.
2 / School support: O2 offers 1,500 jobs
While the home tutoring activity has seen a real boom due to the confinement phases we experienced in 2020, O2 is seeking to strengthen its workforce to meet this new demand. The specialist in personal services is therefore looking for new employees throughout France in 2021.
Are mainly sought, educational animators and home teachers with at least a license. These positions are offered on a part-time basis, in a geographical area around the home.
3 / Carrefour will recruit 15,000 young people in 2021
As part of its neighborhood assistance plan, Carrefour will hire 15,000 young people on permanent or work-study contracts.
The company also intends to develop its “Carrefour school”, intended to train its managers, from the department manager to the store owner. According to Alexandre Bompard, CEO of the group, retail is “One of the last sectors of social lift”. So, he notes, “You can start in the field and end up being a store manager.”

Hubside.Store, a brand new network of multimedia stores, plans to open 100 stores within 1 year. In this context, it intends to recruit 250 employees.
The positions are all to be filled on permanent contracts and distributed throughout France. Hubside.Store is looking for vendors specializing in the sale of multimedia products and services, technicians specializing in digital device repair, hospitality hosts, and store managers.

5 / Suez will recruit 1,500 back-to-work jobs and 2,000 engineers on permanent contracts
In order to work for “a circular and solidarity economy ”, the Suez group, specializing in industrial environmental services, wishes to create 1,500 back-to-work jobs in 2021. The recruits will be employed in particular in sorting, waste collection and urban cleaning activities.
At the same time, Suez continues to look for highly qualified personnel. In 2021, the group plans to recruit 2,000 people on permanent contracts, throughout France. The positions to be filled concern study and development engineers, plant performance managers, or even sales development managers.
The engineers recruited will be called upon to work in R&D, as well as in the Suez water purification stations. The company is also looking for technicians and qualified operators for its water exploitation sites, as well as for waste collection.
6 / The AP-HP is looking for paramedical personnel.
L’AP-HP, Assistance Publique – Paris Hospitals, has launched a new recruitment campaign for 2021. A sign that health remains a sector that recruits, especially in this period of crisis, the hospital group intends to create between 1,200 and 1,300 paramedical positions in 3 years.
Public assistance should hire 500 people in 2021. Around 400 nurses, a hundred radio technicians, several dozen physiotherapists and nursery nurses.

Thales intends to expand its site in Cholet, in Maine-et-Loire. In this context, the electronics and defense group announced 400 recruitments (CDD / CDI) in 2021. Mainly for military telecommunications devices.
Among the professions concerned : technicians in repair of radio products, cybersecurity engineers, computer developers, technicians – electronic card programmers, or even materials and process engineers.

8 / Veolia France will offer more than 1,000 vacant positions
Veolia announced numerous recruitments in France. More than 1,000 jobs will need to be filled in 2021, to recycle waste, “Take care of water or produce green energies”.
The company specifies that the jobs to be filled concern “All types of profiles, with or without qualification”. She says to research “Profiles from all backgrounds and a wide variety of training: BTS electrotechnics, BTS internal combustion engines, Baccalaureate in systems maintenance, professional license”.
9 / Bouygues is recruiting for its wind farm in Le Havre
Bouygues Construction will recruit hundreds of people in 2021. To build its wind farm in Le Havre, 350 positions are already to be filled.
The Bouygues group’s construction subsidiary is looking for formworkers, steelworkers, warehouse workers, laborers, electromechanics, platform operators and telehandler drivers.
