Russia will change the priorities of the invasion – Arestovich

Russia was unable to storm Kyiv, so it came up with a new goal – to “liberate” the Donbass.

Aleksey Arestovich, an adviser to the head of the President’s Office, believes that Russia will withdraw troops from the Kiev and Kharkov regions within a week or two and transfer them to the Donbass. On Saturday, March 26, he wrote about this in Politics Arestovich’s Telegram channel.

“They realized that it would not be possible to take the big cities, they announced the completion of the first phase of the “special operation” and the beginning of the second -” the liberation of Donbass, “the report says.

He noted that the Russian military is now focused on three tasks: to surround our troops in the JFO zone, completely occupy Mariupol and hold the South.

“If they lose Kherson, then their entire Mariupol occupation will collapse. And that’s all,” Arestovich said.
