“I received Elisabeth in my office after she made an appointment with me. During our exchange, she explained to me that by examining her retirement notification, she had noticed that three years of parental leave did not appear.

The organization told him that these years of parental leave could not be taken into account because the supporting document provided by his employer did not contain a stamp that could identify him but simply a signature.
Parental leave validated
The employer in question having ceased its activities, Elisabeth could not solve her problem. After studying the documents in his file, I contacted the mediation services of the pension organization concerned and I explained the situation to them.
At the end of my discussions with them, I received a copy of the response from the organization which ultimately validated the period of parental leave.
Elisabeth was therefore restored to her rights. “
