This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich, writes “Today“.
“Several brigades are needed, re-equipped, trained, coordinated. In terms of deliveries, this is possible not earlier than mid-June,” he said.
Arestovich clarified that he would not yet say that this is possible and added that counteroffensive may not be. According to him, weapons capable of stopping the enemy will be in Ukraine in late May – early June.

Earlier today, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny said that the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a counterattack in Kharkov and Izyum directions.
