The Xunta will mark the Camino de Santiago in Vigo thanks to an agreement with the hoteliers | Radio Vigo

The Xunta de Galicia the support of the Vigo hotel industry has been sought to find an alternative to overcome the council’s veto to be able to place the markers indicative of the Santiago’s road as it passes through Vigo, the only city in Europe, they remember without signposting. From now on, it will be the hotel establishments themselves that have the concha and the yellow arrow. More than a hundred locals have already joined this initiative. Vigo is an obligatory step on the Portuguese road along the coast, a path that since it opened has multiplied its pilgrims. From now on they will no longer be lost.
