Al-Marsad Newspaper: A surgeon and fitness trainer named Abdullah Abu Omar revealed that frozen berries are among the most powerful and best anti-cancers in the world.
He explained through his account on TikTok, that the reason is due to its high content of “anthocyanins”, which eliminate free radicals and expel them from the body.
He added that studies have shown that freezing them increases anthocyanins and their anti-cancer and oxidative properties. It is considered one of the best fruits for diabetics, with its high fiber content, which helps in losing weight and improving insulin resistance.
