He added that he empathizes with the position of the association and qualified it as respectable, however, he explained, that other alternatives can be taken in which education can be sustained in such a way that the risk of contagion by Covid-19 is not run.

“We have to be respectful and we are, we understand the position of the association of private schools, but you can also have other alternatives, to have, for example, the little ones, with socialization groups in safe places, in which parents they pay, so that the children learn what their parents cannot teach. “

This is because they have not had the tools needed for both teachers, students and institutions to survive the challenge of maintaining and sustaining online education, adding that given the new modality in which education is carried out, it is necessary to reform laws.

“I believe that the laws should change in the Ministry of Public Education, first they have to give both the teacher and the student the right to education to decide if they want virtual, mixed or face-to-face school.”
