Covid-19. The wife of the man who was also the union delegate of the association of emergency physicians in France,
tell the World that next week, she will file a complaint “on several levels, for negligence and endangering the health of others”.
She asks that “the culprits be found and explain themselves for this negligence which caused the death of [son] husband “. According to Eric Loupiac’s widow, it was while on call at Lons-le-Saunier hospital where he was an emergency doctor, that her husband was infected with the coronavirus in the absence of FFP2 masks.
The hospital director excludes that the contamination occurred in the establishment because the protective measures have been applied and the equipment provided, he replies to the World.
