28/03/2023: The Cultural Center “La Pocilla” hosts the contemporary art exhibition “Ways of Seeing: Satellite Perspective”, belonging to the Red Itiner of the Community of Madrid and curated by Montaña Hurtado, until April 17 in the Palazuelo room. This exhibition offers a tour of 24 of the more than 200 works from the last three decades, which are part of the contemporary art collection of the Alberto Jiménez-Arellano Alonso Foundation, of the University of Valladolid.

The objective of this artistic tour is: to show how various Spanish artists respond to the problems of contemporary language from their own ways of seeing.

The exhibition includes works by renowned artists in the Spanish art scene such as: Cristina Alabau, Illán Argüello, Ricardo Cadenas, Carmen Calvo, Ceesepe, José Manuel Ciria, Juan Cuéllar Costa, Damián Flores, Dis Berlín, Patricia Gadea, Jorge Galindo, Abraham Lacalle , Ángel Mateos Charris, Joel Mestre, Teresa Moro, Marina Núñez, Gonzalo Sicre, Teresa Lanceta, Bernardí Roig, Mar Solís, Jorge Tarazona, Teresa Tomás, Juan Ugalde and Concha Ybarra.

In addition, there will be visits-workshop for students from different public educational centers in the municipalityboth primary and secondary education, on March 29 and 30.
