The water temperature in the Rumbula bathing area has risen by two degrees since Saturday, and now the water there is +22 degrees warm. The same water temperature on Sunday is also in the official bathing places in Ķīpsala and Ķīšezers, where the water was a degree colder on Saturday.
The water in the Lucavsala bathing area has also warmed by one degree since yesterday – up to +20 degrees.
On the coast of the Gulf of Riga – Vakarbuļļi and Vecāķi – the water temperature has remained unchanged since Saturday – +19 degrees.
In turn, the warmest water from the official bathing places in Riga is still in Lake Bābelītis, where today the water is +23 degrees warm, which is one degree more than yesterday, according to information gathered by the municipality from rescue stations.
