The war in Ukraine will end when the West stops doing so

“It is more than clear that if the truth imposed by the West is imposed as an axiom, then the truth of Russia will be imposed with bombs and missiles, as long as we hear it,” Petko Dobrev wrote for epicenter.bg

Millions of people wonder when the war in Ukraine will stop? I will offer you my answer – when we understand that truth is not an axiom.

And to clarify for those who have forgotten what the axiom that exists in mathematics is. This is a statement that is accepted without proof. Yes, but the truth about war is not and cannot be an axiom.

The first high-level conversation between Moscow and Washington since the beginning of the war involved chemical weapons

And we are witnessing exactly how the West is trying to make the world accept its truth about the war as an axiom. That is why the war continues.

It is more than clear that if the truth imposed by the West is imposed as an axiom, the truth of Russia will be imposed by bombs and missiles, as long as we hear it.

History unequivocally proves that the imposition of truth as an axiom is inherent in dictatorships, and we claim to be democratic societies. And if we want to completely destroy the democratic foundations of the Old Continent, the shortest way to do so is to impose a truth as an axiom.
Europe just needs to wake up and take matters into its own hands.

Apparently, the time has passed when the Russian bear was fast asleep and had no pretensions to defend its strategic interests. This is already past. And it is more than clear that Russia has woken up and will defend its interests at all costs. That is why it is illogical for the West not to comply with the new reality.

How many truths can there be about a war?

Probably a lot. But since we live in 2022, it is right for every person who is against war and violence to accept that international law must be respected.

And since it is a question of international law and relations between states, there is no way to bypass the UN.
According to the UN Charter, and in particular Article 102, any treaty and any international agreement concluded by any member of the organization will have to be registered with the Secretariat and promulgated in it as soon as possible.

Ukraine exploded: Russians shot 10 of our people in a queue for bread, Gen. Konashenkov with a lightning reaction VIDEO

No Party to such a treaty or international agreement not registered in accordance with this provision shall be able to invoke that treaty or agreement before any United Nations body.

And we cannot skip Security Council Resolution 22202 of 17.05.2015. At its 7384th meeting, it adopted the above-mentioned Resolution registering the Minsk Agreements.

And the truth is that the obligations that Ukraine has under them are still not fulfilled. Namely, the Minsk agreements guaranteed the peace and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

And if we read carefully what Putin said before the Russian troops invaded Ukraine, we cannot skip his words that from now on the Minsk agreements are invalid. This is his truth.

Putin could have been blamed for everything bad if Ukraine had complied with the Minsk agreements, which are registered under the UN Charter.

But today the greatest responsibility for the Ukrainian tragedy lies with all those Ukrainian statesmen who together refused to implement the Minsk agreements.

The responsibility of the West is also great, which obviously pushed Ukrainian politicians to such behavior. The UN is also to blame, because for eight years it has been a silent observer of how the Minsk agreements registered in accordance with its Statute are not being implemented.

The question that the West avoids is whether non-compliance with the Minsk agreements is a threat to peace, a breach of peace or an act of aggression, which according to Article 39 of the UN Charter are a threat to international peace.

With these actions, was Ukraine not looking for time to prepare for the lightning-fast entry of the Ukrainian army into Dombas and for everyone to be confronted with a fait accompli?

Russian Defense Ministry: The Nazis from the Azov Battalion blew up the theater in Mariupol

The result is more than clear – failure to implement the Minsk agreements has led to war.
Perhaps many would describe what I wrote as a defense of Putin and Russia over the war in Ukraine. This is their right. But it is my deep conviction that the truth cannot be imposed as an axiom, and that every country that is a member of the United Nations must abide by international law.

It is my right not to be subject to schizophrenia imposed by the West. If we have the imposition of a truth as an axiom, and that is the actions of the West, that is democracy. If this is done by Russia, it is a dictatorship.

If we have US military action, this is a peacekeeping operation.

If these actions are committed by Russia, it is aggression and war.

If the Ukrainian army fires rockets into residential areas and kills civilians, it is a ridiculous coincidence.

If the Russian army fires on military infrastructure, it is brutal aggression.

This dichotomy of thinking can kill us as thinking people. And if it can be said that there is an assassination attempt on civilization, it is the killing of the right and the possibility of man to be a thinking being.

In my opinion, this assassination attempt on human civilization can only lead to one result – another war that will bring us closer to the end of our civilization.

It is more than hypocritical to turn a blind eye when an agreement registered under the UN Charter has not been observed by one country for eight years. Perhaps today everyone has understood that Russia’s response to Western hypocrisy has been missiles and bombs. In other words, the hypocrisy of the West gave birth to the roar of war.

And unfortunately, as hypocrisy increases, so do bombs and explosions.

And yet, what must Europe do to end the suffering of the Ukrainian people?

Europe must understand that the war in Ukraine is a policy of the United States and Russia.

Europe must defend its interests, and they are far from continuing the war.

Europe must propose an end to hostilities and the destruction of the policy of imposing a truth as an axiom. All truths must be heard and analyzed at the negotiating table. As painful as it is for Ukraine, a hypocritical Europe must simply acknowledge that its territorial integrity cannot be preserved.

Doesn’t Europe see that Putin is carrying out his plan and that a new government is already being appointed in the territories controlled by Russian troops? What can be expected from now on?

Where the Russian flag is flown and a new administration is appointed, it is more than obvious that there will be no Ukrainian government. Why then should we be deceived and the war continue?

When Putin implements his plan, he will end hostilities. The new government in these territories will work and there will simply be a new reality.

But no one will bring back the dead, no one will use a magic wand to rebuild the destroyed homes.

There is no other quick way to peace.

For eight years, Europe has made no effort to persuade Ukraine to comply with the Minsk agreements. The result is more than obvious.

Today, Europe must fulfill its duty to peace and democracy, and this cannot be done with a policy of war to the last Ukrainian. The Ukrainian people need peace and prosperity.

Europe is on the move, but not the hypocritical Europe.
If Europe continues to be hypocritical, other wars in Europe will follow.

There are more than enough hotbeds of tension. Let’s look at the Western Balkans. Let’s look at Turkey after Erdogan’s rule, because sooner or later it will be over.

And when it comes to Turkey, let us remember again the hypocritical West that allowed Erdogan to eliminate the influence of Turkey’s pro-Western generals.

It is time to bury the hypocrisy. If we bury him, we will give him a chance at peace.
