The United States threatens to end the Kim Jong Un regime if North Korea deploys nuclear weapons

Washington DC

Connection United States of America (United States) e North Korea (North Korea) is heating up. The US side warned that a North Korean nuclear strike against US interests would spell the “end” of the regime Kim Jong Un.

This threat was aired by the United States in a US Department of Defense or Pentagon strategy paper released Thursday (10/27) local time. The threat is not without reason.

Because North Korea is actively launching ballistic missiles on South Korean territory. Most recently, on Friday (28/10) North Korea (North Korea) launched an “unidentified ballistic missile”.

“There is no scenario in which the Kim regime can use nuclear weapons and continue to survive,” says the Pentagon’s National Defense Strategy Report.

The Pentagon has said it will continue to prevent North Korea attacks through a “forward stance”, including nuclear deterrence, integrated air and missile defense, and close coordination and interoperability with South Korea.

Earlier, during a visit to Japan on Tuesday (25/10), US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman stressed that the United States will make full use of its military capabilities, “including nuclear power,” to defend its South Korean allies and Japan.

Last month, the South Korean Ministry of Defense warned North Korea that the use of its nuclear weapons would put it on a “path of self-destruction”.
