The American side plans to discuss “a relatively narrow range of bilateral issues,” the State Department noted.

“As for our interaction with Russia in the context of a dialogue on strategic stability, we will not discuss issues related to NATO, issues relating exclusively to Europe,” Price said.

“The dialogue on strategic stability will be narrowly focused on issues of strategic stability,” Price stressed.
He assured that the United States is not going to discuss issues related to European allies and partners without their participation.

As you know, January 9-10 consultations on security guarantees to be held in Genevaand between the US and Russia, the NATO-Russia Council will be held in Brussels on January 12, and OSCE discussions will begin in Vienna on January 13.
