The United States has narrowed the number of issues discussed with Russia

Dialogue on strategic stability will be narrowly focused, promised at the State Department

As you know, January 9-10 consultations on security guarantees to be held in Genevaand between the US and Russia, the NATO-Russia Council will be held in Brussels on January 12, and OSCE discussions will begin in Vienna on January 13.
