The United States donated 153,600 pediatric vaccines to Honduras this Thursday to help curb the covid-19 pandemic in the Central American country, which since March 2020 has registered 427,355 infections and 10,906 deaths.
The delivery of the vaccines was made through the Covax mechanism, promoted by the World Health Organization (WHO), indicated the United States Embassy in Tegucigalpa.
