The Queens Court of New York dismissed the case, holding that it had no jurisdiction in the case. Now Robert Trump is trying again, this time in Dutchess County where he lives.
The Trump family claims that Mary Trump by publishing the book “Too Much and Never Enough. How my family created the world’s most dangerous man “breaks a deal she signed in 2001 when the legacy of Grandpa Fred Trump, the president’s father, was distributed.
In the book, Mary tells Trump about what she witnessed in her grandparents’ home, according to publisher Simon and Schuster.
– She tells of a nightmare of trauma, destructive conditions and a tragic combination of neglect and abuse, the publisher said.
– Mary Trump is the only Trump willing to tell the truth about one of the world’s most powerful and dysfunctional families, it goes on to say.
