Traditionally, the most common cause of adolescent pumps is stormy hormonal changes in the adolescent’s body.

The sebaceous and sweat glands become more active, dying skin cells accumulate on the face. All this together promotes inflammatory processes in the skin.

It is very important to follow proper facial hygiene. Facial skin should be cleansed twice a day, paying special attention to the development of the face from sweat and dust in the evenings before bedtime. A great remedy for this purpose is a variety of micellar waters, which can be used to cleanse the face even without cosmetics. They remove dust, grease and sweat released during the day.

Blocked acne with black ends helps to develop salicylic acid available in pharmacies. However, you should consult a specialist about its use, as the product dries and peels the surface of the skin and you should not overdo it with such procedures.
From specialized detergents, you can choose one with the words “Sebium” in the name. It is important to moisturize the skin, but when choosing creams, they should be as neutral and odorless as possible.

Review eating habits

As science advances, it is becoming increasingly clear that everything we eat has the most direct effect on appearance. Unfortunately, it is teenagers who sin the most when choosing unhealthy, sugary snacks. The biggest culprits are chocolate, sugar, products high in fat and white flour. Of course, also sweetened carbonated drinks. If you eat a lot of products with high cholesterol (fatty animal products), then the pumps also appear on the back.

It has been observed that the rash is provoked by products with a high glycemic index, which, when eaten, rapidly increase the level of insulin in the blood, which in turn activates the already overworked sebaceous glands. U.S. nutritionists have found that consuming milk, especially skimmed skim milk, increases the amount of acne. Other dairy products – whole milk, cheese, cottage cheese, also increased the intensity of acne.

The cosmetologist also recommends finding out if the teenager has any food intolerances.

Heredity factor

Heredity has also been shown to play a role in beans. It is worth asking what skin condition was the mother, father and even grandmother in their teens.

Important vitamins

Make sure that the young person gets enough vitamin D, B vitamins, iron, magnesium. Of particular importance is zinc, the weakness of which significantly affects the condition of the skin. Girls are very well helped by a natural source of estrogen – evening primrose oil, which can be started if menstruation has already begun. It helps to arrange the hormonal background and reduce the appearance of hormonal acne.

Too long a stay in direct sunlight can provoke pumps, but moderate exposure to the sun will improve the condition of the skin.

Although it is very difficult to refrain from pushing the pumps to the mirror, the teen should explain that instead of each extruded pump, a network of tiny blood vessels – capillaries – forms, which will later create the appearance of dirty, mottled skin. There will be a problem that dermatologists call rosacea.

Because many rashes and pumps are difficult to distinguish and as they are often just symptoms of another, more or less serious condition, a dermatologist should be consulted for safety in the event of unexpected changes in the skin surface and deep purulent pumps.
