Apple can be a trend setter in the smartphone industry. When the company released the Iphone 12 Mini last autumn with the same performance as the Iphone 12, there was a chance that Android manufacturers would dare to invest in small top models.
However, we have not seen any Android equivalent to the Iphone 12 Mini yet. According to rumors, not even Apple will stick to the format, as this autumn’s new Iphone Mini is said to be the last. However, Asus may be an exception.
Last month claimed a rumor that Asus will release the Zenfone 8 Mini, with 5.92-inch OLED screen, FHD +, 120Hz refresh rate and a 64MP camera. Now more characters have appeared as the phone may have been found in a benchmark result.
According to the results, the Zenfone 8 Mini has the chip Snapdragon 888 and up to a full 16GB of RAM. The phone is also said to have received a certification in Germany, which also indicates that it actually exists. Hopefully we will see the Zenfone 8 Mini, or whatever the name is, this summer.
