The technical sheet of the Samsung Galaxy S7 + revealed before its official announcement

While it could be unveiled at the Unpacked on August 5, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 + already sees a good part of its technical data leak. Snapdragon 865+ and battery of more than 10,000 mAh are on the program.

As we reported last month, Samsung should logically reveal two new high-end tablets this summer instead of one. The Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 + will be responsible for taking over from the excellent Tab S6, which still remains a benchmark on the Android tablet market.

An overpowered tablet

Unsurprisingly, the S7 + model should take the best out of a tablet. According to rumors, we would find the two modules at the rear. Let us only hope that the South Korean firm has thought of correcting the shooting on the ultra wide-angle, so that it will no longer be anything but anecdotal. Question design, the company would have kept the same as that of the previous one, and only the size of the screen would have been revised upwards. The S7 + model would adopt a 12.4-inch display, probably to better compete with the iPad Pro. Obviously, you will have to rely on Super Amoled, at the definition of 2,800 x 1,752 pixels.

Inside, the Galaxy Tab S7 + would ship the Snapdragon 865+ recently announced by Qualcomm. The chip would be coupled with 6 or 8 GB of RAM, which should be more than enough to make the device among the most powerful on the market. For internal storage, rumors are 128 or 256 GB. It is especially on the battery that the S7 + model should be impressive. Indeed, it would seem that it integrates an accumulator of 10,090 mAh. A huge battery which should however make a certain weight and make the Samsung tablet heavier than the previous one. For charging, it would be possible to go up to 45 W, but the sources do not yet totally agree on this point.

Naturally, the high-end tablet from Samsung will be compatible with the S-Pen. For the moment, no indication having been given on the latter, it could therefore be quite simply identical to that of the Tab S6. It could also present the same novelties as those of the S-Pen of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20.
