“He lied that he picked him up at a transport stop, but in fact he was given a lift from another car and asked to take him home. That’s all. the guys punished him. But there are no traces, the examination will not show, “the lawyer said in a comment to TSN.
In an interview with Segodnya, he said that Polyakov had moved Ruslan Dzhambulatov, an assistant to the People’s Deputy from the For Maybutn group Anna Skorokhod, into the taxi driver’s car from the car.
According to the lawyer, his client lied because he did not want to “inflate this story.”

The client was asked: “Why are you lying?” There was a local conflict, but nothing terrible happened, the client has no complaints against anyone. Why did you change the readings? According to the police, it was with Dzhambulatov that Polyakov drank alcohol before his death and rode a car around Kiev. The police reported that Polyakov and Skorokhod cohabited and on the eve of the death of the people’s deputy, they quarreled.

On October 10, the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that forensic experts informed the investigation about the presence of alcohol and methadone in the body of the deceased. “There are two versions – either there was a criminal nature of death, or not. Either he himself used a drug that may have caused death, or he was poisoned. It cannot be otherwise.” said the head of the communications department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Artem Shevchenko.
