MOSCOW, Aug 18 – RIA Novosti. More than half of Russians are not satisfied with the high cost of recreation at Russian resorts, 16% are dissatisfied with the service, only 9% are satisfied with everything, it follows from the research data “United Russia”, which is at the disposal of RIA Novosti.–

More than half (51%) of Russians said that they were not satisfied with the high cost of recreation at Russian resorts. 16% of citizens are not satisfied with the service, the same is the high cost of travel to the place of rest. 3% are dissatisfied with the quality of the beaches, 2% do not like the contingent of tourists, another 2% are dissatisfied with the level of safety. 9% of respondents in Russian resorts are satisfied with everything.

Zhanna Odintsova, chairman of the commission of the presidium of the General Council of the United Russia for work with citizens’ appeals, told RIA Novosti that the results of the study regarding the shortcomings of domestic tourism should become the basis for further work, including legislative.

“It is necessary to finalize the current legislation and improve both the offered tourist services and their quality,” said Odintsova.

The central public reception of the chairman of the United Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, conducted an all-Russian study on tourism on August 5-13, 4,744 respondents took part in it. The research method is a survey via the Internet. -0-
