The students enjoyed the Teatro Colón and the Planetarium

For three days they enjoyed, learned and had fun with science, culture and history. They announced two more trips aimed at students from rural schools.





The children lived dozens of enriching experiences at the hands of the University of La Punta, within the framework of the initiative “From Your Place To Columbus”. The students culminated the trip this Saturday with a visit to the mythical Teatro Colón, where they enjoyed the Opera “Elixir de amor”. In the afternoon they attended a function of the Planetarium.

“These students have an enormous experience. They have lived days of great fun, they have visited many places, they have had contact with nature, they have been expectant of what happens in each place they have visited, they have toured iconic places in the city of Buenos Aires, they take a beautiful experience to their places”, said the head of the Linkage with Society Program, Gustavo Baigorria, and stressed that this is the third trip of this type and that almost 300 students have already been able to enjoy the experience.

On this occasion, boys from School No. 39 “Fray Luis Tula” from Liborio Luna, department of Pedernera are traveling; from School No. 324 “Felisa Muñoz de Fourcade”, in Lavaisse, department of Pedernera; from School No. 151 “Province of Tierra del Fuego”, from Las Isletas, department of Pedernera; from School No. 370 “Granadero Leandro Lucero”, in Santa Isabel, department of Pedernera; from School No. 169 “Granadero Cándido Miranda”, from Las Chilcas, Department of Junín; from School No. 81 “José Santos Ortíz”, from San Miguel, Chacabuco Department and from School No. 296 “Professor Carlos Carletti”, Río Juan Gómez, Ayacucho Department.

From the Extension Secretariat they indicated that there are two more trips of this type, scheduled for September and October.
