TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Actress Wanda Hamidah | told about the continuation of his son’s surgery after previously complaining about insurance services from Prudential. Through his Instagram account @wanda_hamidah, he shared that the surgeon’s fees and his son’s surgery are now free.
The facility was obtained after Wanda asked about the possibility of a waiver if she did not use insurance. “The doctor said that the surgeon’s fee and the operation will be assisted with free of charge, while other things can be discussed with pre-admission,” Wanda said in her Instagram Story upload, Friday, August 15, 2021.
In another post, he said that Prudential has taken his child’s medical record with a power of attorney given previously.
“What it means is, if there is a complaint, the customer is met first, where the disappointment is recorded, so that he goes to the field to see his medical record, before making a decision that makes the customer shock. Bismillah,” he said.
For the past few days, Wanda Hamidah’s story has continued to be the talk of the town after she expressed her disappointment with Prudential’s insurance services.
Wanda reveals that she feels cheated by the company insurance Prudential, which he has followed for 12 years since 2009. “I regret using Prudential insurance,” he said on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
He admitted to paying a premium of Rp 500 thousand per month for himself and 3 children for the red card type. Then since 2020, he has upgraded the health insurance service he participated in at Prudential to a black card.
As a result, the dues rose to Rp. 750 thousand for three children and Rp. 1.1 million for one other child and Wanda herself. So, there are a total of five policyholders.
