Russian troops during Tuesday, June 28, actively shelled the Sumy region. Almost 200 “arrivals” were recorded, as a result of which two people were killed and three more were injured.

After 10:00, the invaders began shelling the Krasnopol region and individual settlements of Velikopisarevskaya and Miropolskaya communities. The Russian Federation launched about 20 missiles from helicopters from its territory.
After 11:00, the enemies opened fire from Grad multiple launch rocket systems, 30 arrivals were recorded in the Krasnopol region. Since noon, the invaders again hit the villages of the Krasnopolsky community, in total there were about 50 artillery shots from self-propelled artillery mounts. They also fired from machine guns and an easel grenade launcher.
At about 14:00, the Russians again hit Krasnopolskaya with artillery, there were about 30 arrivals. In the same place, after 18:00, another 40 arrivals and 12 strikes from multiple launch rocket systems were recorded at various settlements.
Also in the afternoon, an enemy drone dropped an explosive device on one of the villages of Velikopisarevskaya community. After 20:00 it happened again.
Recall that over the past day, on June 27, Russian troops also fired at the border areas of the Sumy region from cannon artillery. About 150 “arrivals” were recorded. One person was injured.
