This regional fair will bring together, in an exhibition space of 7,000 m², professionals active in various sectors, including food and beverages, materials and equipment, fittings, services and new technologies. In total, around 150 exhibitors will participate in the meeting.
The event is aimed at professionals in collective catering, food trade, CHR and tourism. In fact, 2,000 visiting plants are planned, based in Normandy and neighboring departments. Participants will have the opportunity to meet suppliers, establish new contacts, discover new products, but also meet partners.
During the two days of the event, visitors will be offered a varied program, which includes general assemblies, conferences and demonstrations. In addition, several competitions will be scheduled, including the final of the leaders of the Norman communities, the “Le Rest’Hotel d’OR” competition for restaurant chefs, the competition for the best regional burger and the competition for the best Galette de Normandy.
