No cancellation planned for Fashion Market, the emblematic event at the end of each year at Roubaix (North). This salon organized every year by the label Fashion Houses is maintained despite the health crisis. However, it was necessary to adapt and it is therefore online qu’around a hundred small designer brands will be put forward. The launch of this digital fair will take place on Tuesday, December 1 and will last for one month.
A sharp selection of small designers
Like the Christmas market in Roubaix, the Marché des Modes will therefore be entitled to its digital version. A solution envisaged from October by the Maisons de Mode team. From December 1, the event will therefore take place online., thus becoming the first digital trade fair for emerging brands.
“The principle is unprecedented, we are setting up a hybrid platform that allows us to highlight a sharp selection of hundreds of young independent, responsible and creative brands,” explains Maisons de Mode.
The team was able to count on the support of web marketing pros, such as La Redoute and Showroomprivé.com, to highlight the event.
A transparent platform
Even if the shape changes, the substance remains the same. The event is a golden opportunity for the general public to discover a sharp selection of young fashion and lifestyle brands. Clothing, accessories, jewelry and decorative items … The choice is very wide. We will find in particular the delicate porcelain objects of Sophie Masson, the Chlore swimsuits, the sneakers of Daniel Essa, the revisited kimonos of Tremblepierre or the design objects of KNGB.
A few days before Christmas, it’s also the time to do your shopping, while supporting an independent, responsible and creative brand. And for full support in this difficult time, the platform will not take any sales commission. “As proof, you will be automatically redirected and transactions will be done directly in the e-shops of the brands selected by us”, promises Maisons de Mode.
