In the meeting prior to the Assembly it was decided that the competition system would be the Regular League, winning by only two votes to one formed by small subgroups (17 to 15). The first two of each group (four in total) will be promoted directly to Third RFEF, while the last seven (fourteen in total) would lose the category.
Andalusian First
The dates for Primera Andaluza were also announced, which must start on September 18 and 19 and end on the last weekend of Mayor. The group of people from Granada will be made up of 18 teams, with eight participants in the Provincial Cups, which make up 64 teams and will begin on September 4 and 5. Alfacar, Churriana de la Vega, Gabia, Cúllar Vega, Colomera, Port of Motril, Purullena and Salar will be the eight representatives of the province.
