While some hotels ban this practice, others allow it entirely.
And then one Reddit user got so angry that she decided to take revenge. The woman went to an all-inclusive resort but rarely could find a sun lounger on the beach or by the pool.
On the first day she accepted it as they arrived in the afternoon. But the problem continued.
“The next day we go to look for a place… But most of the places are ‘taken’ with towels. We find a free place and to our surprise, many sunbeds remain reserved almost all day or never used. On the third day, we decided to remove some towels from two sun loungers and enjoy our day. After four hours, an elderly couple appears who says that there are towels and kicks us out with the help of the attendant, ”she said.
The tourist was furious at the injustice, and it seems that this act ignited her villainous story.
“It pissed me off, so every next day after breakfast I took the towels off every unattended sun lounger and then went to watch the chaos from my balcony. Many complained, and by the end of the week there was a sign that the unattended towels would be removed. Success !” she added.
