Komnas HAM’s testimony is similar to that of the Malang police in the document. Malang police sent an official letter requesting that the Arema FC-Persebaya Surabaya match schedule be moved to the afternoon.
The letter was sent on September 13th. Six days later, PT LIB asked the organizing committee of Arema FC to communicate with the police so that the match could still take place at night.
