This week we dedicate our “La Buena Mesa” gastronomy section to discovering the cuisine of chef Juan Ordás from León, who is in charge of the Casa Mando restaurant, after recently obtaining a “sun” in the prestigious Repsol Guide. In addition, we sneaked into the meeting of five chefs with a Michelin star in a working day organized by the IGP of Cecina de León. And, in fact, we chatted with two of them: Víctor Martín (“Trigo”, Valladolid) and Enrique Pérez (“El Doncel”, Sigüenza) from Leon.
