DThe theatrical releases of “Mission: Impossible 7” and “Mission: Impossible 8” have been postponed again. Ethan Hunt is not expected to hit the big screen again until 2023.
Tom Cruise (59) fans have to be patient: The start dates of “Mission: Impossible 7” and “Mission: Impossible 8” have been postponed again due to the corona pandemic, as reported by the US industry magazine “Variety”.. Actually, IMF agent Ethan Hunt should come to the screen in the summer of 2021, but because of Corona and various problems with the shooting, the summer should now do the trick. Mission: Impossible 7 was scheduled to launch on September 29, 2022.
Now the US launch has been pushed back to July 14, 2023. Mission: Impossible 8, which was set to premiere on July 7, 2023, is now slated to hit theaters on June 28, 2024. As with the two predecessors, Christopher McQuarrie (53) is once again responsible as director.
