Kherson region will go to the “red” quarantine zone at midnight October 15.
It is prohibited to operate cafes, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, markets, fitness centers in the “red” zone. It is also prohibited to hold mass events. However, this limitation does not apply if 100% of visitors and staff are vaccinated.
At the same time, in the “red” zone, educational institutions are switching over to distance learning, where 100% of the personnel are not vaccinated. This does not apply only to kindergartens and grades 1-4.
In addition, residents of the “red” zone cannot travel by buses, trains and fly by air to other regions without documents on a full course of vaccination, a negative test for coronavirus or a certificate of recovery from COVID.
