The recipe for success of the Ritter Sport brand

We had the conversation with Dammann before the launch of the much discussed variety Cacao y Nada. Unfortunately, one almost has to say. Because the product, which consists only of cocoa and does not contain any added sugar, reflects the philosophy of Ritter Sport very well. “Doing the right thing to make really good chocolate” is how Dammann sums up the brand’s mission statement.

The former Mars manager also explains what role the various advertising channels play for Ritter Sport, how the brand communicates with its target groups and why sustainability has become the central issue for Ritter Sport.
