The entrepreneur revealed that a single “evening stack” consists of approximately 50 pills, while his morning regimen requires 80 to 100. He claims he can swallow up to 60 pills at once, employing a “two swallow” technique to manage the quantity. “If you drank beer in college,you know how to take supplements,” he quipped.
