The prospect of a new mobilization in Russia impacts Central Asia

The partial mobilization in Russia last September had a lasting effect on the countries of Central Asia, which welcomed tens of thousands of Russians who did not want to go and fight in Ukraine. A second mobilization is expected and will also not be without consequences for the economy and the Central Asian populations.
