The Prince of Persia is embedded in For Honor – News

Have you missed the Prince of Persia in recent years? Ubisoft has thought of you! Indeed, Ubisoft Montreal offers an event for For Honor inspired by the Prince of Persia license, a license born in 1989 and popularized in 2003 with the arrival of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time on PC, PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube .

From today until April 2, For Honor is offering a Prince of Persia event called Blades of Persia. The latter transforms the world of For Honor by offering a new game mode, where players will have to unite to defeat creatures of sand. The mode named Sovereign of Time takes place in a variant of the Harbor map of Dominion mode. Please note, the Prince may also appear in the form of a tornado of sand to spray our valiant knights.

This limited-time event also changes the interface of the game, adds new music from the iconic Prince of Persia saga, and even offers a new quest for Arcade mode. Collectible items inspired by the Prince’s universe are also appearing. This is good since” A free Event Pass was distributed to all participants in the For Honor game. With the latter, players will have access to 30 levels of equipment and loot including a new combat outfit, a Sand Mood effect, an emblem scheme and 26 new ornaments as well as Steel units and crates of scrap.

The event additions in detail

  • 26 new weapons to retrieve from the battlefield
  • Illustrious Ratash and Sandwraith outfits available individually at 20,000 units of Steel
  • The Prince is available in the shop for 10,000 units of Steel.

We learn that a second game mode will arrive on March 19. In the latter, the Prince of Persia will evolve into a Black Prince, a tribute to the episode Prince of Persia: The Two Kingdoms released in 2005. However, we will have to wait until the launch of this new mode to obtain more information.

As a reminder, For honor is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One since February 2017. This year, the title opposing knights, Vikings and samurai enters its fourth year of post-launch content.
