The price of petrol, diesel has gone down…

The average price of the A95 has fallen below 2.90 lev per liter in recent days, according to data from the Fuelo platform, writes on Now. Thus, the best-selling gasoline on Friday traded at an average of 2.87 levs, and over the past month it became cheaper by 8 cents.

Diesel remains expensive, but its price is also falling slightly: by 5 cents a month to BGN 3.30 per litre. Natural gas has become cheaper – by 1.60 levs per kg since the beginning of November, and is currently sold at 3.31 levs per kg.

At these prices, consumers receive a discount of 25 cents per litre. On Wednesday, the official cabinet voted another BGN 38 million to extend the use of a 25 cent rebate per liter of fuel until the end of December.

“In the next two weeks we will see even lower prices. We expect diesel prices to fall below BGN 3 per liter and petrol – below BGN 2.70,” predicts Dimitar Hadjidimitrov of the Association of Traders, Producers, Importers and Bulgarian fuel carriers.

So, amid the holiday season and increased travel this time of year, consumers will be charging up their cars at significantly lower prices.

The Association of Fuel Traders and Importers indicates that there has been a serious decline in the international markets for diesel and gasoline finished products of more than $250 in recent weeks, and this will affect speakers in our country within 2-3 weeks.

In about 10 days, the drop in crude oil prices will also affect the wholesale prices of the largest producer in the Balkans, the Burgas refinery “Lukoil Neftohim”, Hadjidimitrov said. According to him, the wholesale price of gasoline and diesel will drop by about 15-16 cents.
