American porn actor Ron Jeremy, accused in the United States of raping and sexually assaulting 21 women, some of whom were minors in the incidents, suffers from severe dementia and will be declared incapable of standing trial, AFP reported.
In March, the judge in the Los Angeles case ordered psychiatric tests because the actor didn’t recognize one of his attorneys when she visited him in custody. According to the Los Angeles Times, doctors determined he was ill and his judgment was severely impaired.
Ron Jeremy is 68 years old. He is one of the biggest names in the porn industry, having appeared in over 1,900 films since the early 1970s.
