The PLTS Roof Rules are frozen, this is the reason

Regulation roof electricity detained by the government. This is because the government will review the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 26 of 2021 concerning Rooftop Solar Power Plants Connected to the Electric Power Network.

According to him, the regulation can actually become a legal basis for business players who want to work on installing and operating Rooftop Solar Power Plants for electricity customers, both industrial customers and household customers.

One of the main points revised through the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2021 is the change in the export value of PLTS Rooftop electricity from the initial 65% to 100%.

“From the point of view of business people, our understanding is that when the Government issues laws and regulations, the Government has carried out due diligence and dialogue with every stakeholder who will be affected by these laws and regulations. Therefore, I regret that this ESDM decision has only taken place four months after its promulgation. ,” said Yusrizki’s statement.
