President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Talish village of Tartar, inaugurating a number of facilities, laying the foundation of some of them, meeting with the residents, lighting the Novruz bonfire and addressing the people on the holiday are of great importance. The head of state lit the Novruz bonfire in our liberated territories – in Shusha in 2021 and in Sugovushan in 2022. This is a clear example of how much importance Azerbaijan attaches to the quick restoration of the liberated territories and the return of the population to their native places as soon as possible.
According to the information obtained by SIA from AZERTAC, these views were expressed by the deputy of the Milli Majlis, Musa Gasimli.
The deputy said that it is a significant event that the former internally displaced persons moved to their native land on the eve of Nowruz holiday. The opening of workplaces in the village and the laying of the foundations of a number of facilities show that our state has a systematic and clear plan for the revival of liberated areas.

The meeting and conversation with the residents once again showed that the head of our state is an outstanding statesman and political figure of our time, but also a simple, sincere and real people’s person. If Armenia does not want peace, the responsibility for all events and processes will fall on the official Yerevan. One of the proudest issues in the speech of the President of Azerbaijan was the warning to the states that patronize Armenia and Armenia’s appeal to several states for patronage. The head of our state firmly emphasized that regardless of who defends Armenia’s unjust actions, Azerbaijan will not turn back from its path.
