The armed forces of Ukraine are striking at ammunition depots, command posts and control centers of the occupiers.
US M142 missile systems HIMARS began to make a significant impact on the course of Russia’s war against Ukraine, the US Department of Defense said at a briefing.
“Everyone sees that the advance and offensive of the Russians have slowed down. It’s hard to believe that this has nothing to do with the loss of ammunition or the loss of someone who would command them,” the spokesman said.
The Pentagon noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine strike at warehouses with ammunition, command posts and control centers of the Russian occupiers.
“All this directly affects the ability to conduct operations on the front line. So although they do not fire HIMARS on the front line, they have a very big impact,” the US Department of Defense said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine gathers a million armyequipped with Western weapons, whose task will be the de-occupation of territories in the south.
